Chicago Book Tour Postponed!
Hi everyone,
So sorry I have been out of touch for a while. I have been traveling a lot and probably because of that and an already compromised back, I ended up tearing a disc. So therefore, much to my extreme disappointment, I will NOT make it to Chicago this week and will have to cancel my reading tomorrow night, Thursday the 24th, at the Book Cellar as well as my radio show on WBEZ and my book signing at Women and Children First. However, do not despair! I will return! I will keep you posted on when my Chicago tour will be rescheduled but there is a good chance it might happen when the paperback comes out, which will be late in August.
When we get everything set up for the paperback promotion, we will start setting dates for appearances in bookstores, libraries, and radio shows, etc. So I’ll let you know about Chicago then. Please pass on the word if you told anyone on Face Book, etc. that I will not be there this week but will be back in a few months.
I am so behind on telling you so much amazing news about the book—so many new reviews, radio shows, interviews, etc. Unfortunately, it’s been a bit hard to keep up with my website.
